Utah Football Falls 21-7 At #19 Oregon State

The University of Utah football team suffered a tough loss on Saturday, falling 21-7 to the #19 Oregon State Beavers. The Utes had a chance to make a statement in their first road game of the season, but were unable to capitalize on their opportunities. The Utes were held to just seven points and only managed to gain 229 yards of total offense.

However, they were unable to get off the field when it mattered most as Oregon State was able to convert several key third downs late in the game that allowed them to run out the clock and secure the victory.

Overall, it was a disappointing performance from Utah as they failed to take advantage of their opportunities against a ranked opponent on the road. The Utes will look to bounce back next week when they host Idaho State at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
